I have been going to Dr. Valdez for 6 yrs. I absolutely Love everyone there and they have helped me achieve my goals above and beyond and I will continue going. They are not your typical doctors office they take their time. They’re very concerned and explain everything step-by-step. Truly, the best all the way around.

Great results so far staff is great. Update: I’m down 100 lbs so far in just over a year. The staff & knowledge they have are amazing & have changed my life. Anyone wondering should go in & take the first steps to take control of your life & start to recognize the person in the mirror again

Doctor Valdes is excellent, the first month I lost 19 pounds, he takes the time to explain everything to me and every time I have questions his team responds super fast, they really care about you, while helping me meet my weight loss goals, at Dr. Valdes' office you feel like family.
